I offer lessons to photographers who are just starting out or who are choosing to learn a new way to see their world through the camera lens. The prices for these lessons depends on the environment in which we are shooting and length and is tailored to help you become not only a better photographer but to look at the world in a new way.
In our lessons together you will not only learn about photography and composition, but about envisioning the world in a new way and bringing that creative focus to life through your lens.
Note: I am NOT an camera equipment hog. I carry one fanny pack which houses my camera body and three lenses: 10-24mm, 18-200mm and 90mm macro along with a lightweight tripod. To me, photography is all about composition and light, not equipment.
Pricing is as follows:
- Local Lessions: We travel from my home and browse around town learning to see the same old areas in a new light. Framing and composition is discussed as we progress throughout the day.
- Regional Lessons: In these group lessons, we travel to a local locale where you learn how to maximize an area's photographic potential from landscapes to architectural to people to macro. These lessons can take anywhere from four to eight hours depending on the subject matter and available light.
